What happens as soon as I register?
Exhale. We have got you. You should receive a confirmation email with immediate access to the Online portal, plus the downloadable calendar and access to Syntropia – our digital house. Please check your spam if the email doesn’t arrive. If you cannot find it, contact us.
Can I bring my team?
Absolutely. This is the best way to experience Dare to Care. We have special rates for teams of three or more. Please ask.
I cannot attend all of the Live Online classes. Are they recorded?
Yes, all of the live online classes are via Zoom. Everyone enrolled will be sent the link to the recording after the class has been held for that week.

We are a well established business. Is this relevant to us?
The Dare to Care program was designed in the early 2000s for a well-established business to ensure high levels of performance management and feedback. Learning to be better communicators, and as a result, better leaders, is good for business.
What kind of ROI (return on investment) can I expect?
Any program you take needs you to show up and participate wholeheartedly.

We offer the opportunity for ongoing group support.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds for Dare to Care for any reason.
Once you enroll, you commit to completing the program and making all payments as scheduled–even if you enrolled early and the program hasn’t begun yet. Your commitment and ours begins on the day you enroll.
We very much understand that hardships happen and we want to work with you to meet you as best we can, and as a company we are not in a position to absorb client hardships.
We need our clients to make payments on schedule in order to pay our team members, who all have households and families of their own. We appreciate your integrity and understanding.
With this in mind, please enroll mindfully.
Please check in with your gut, your heart, your schedule, and your bank account before enrolling to make sure this is a “solid yes” for you.

Do you have any suggestions on how to get the most from this program?
Yes.
Recommended:
– Create as calm, uncluttered a workspace that can be your “sacred space” during the program. This could be a nook in your living room, an office, an art studio, or anywhere you feel supported and relatively undistracted and safe.
– Take full advantage of the meetings with your lead teacher, assistant teacher, and any guests. Come listen. Jot down realizations. Ask questions. Your participation will make all the difference.
– Attend the optional co-working small group sessions! Alumni have repeatedly called these sessions MAGIC! Many small groups stay working together long after the workshop is complete.
– Decide ahead of time to get value out of the program. Look for what’s useful, stay open, and connected.
– Make sure your questions are answered by asking them!
What is the time commitment each week?
Recommended: 2.5 hours per week, for the duration of the program. 90 minutes for the class and 60 minutes for the optional small group sessions, scheduled with your group.
However, having a successful experience in the program is not necessarily connected to attendance for 2.5 hours per week.
For instance, you might attend a class and have a profound realization or breakthrough in just 10 minutes.
Big things can happen in not too much time, especially when you’re being open, curious and generous.

Is there any prep work prior to commencement?
Immediately after enrolling in the program, check your inbox.
You’ll see a “welcome note” with a few suggestions on what to do before Dare to Care begins.
NOTE: A 10% GST will be added to the price.

You agree to follow community guidelines and will not share, circulate or reproduce materials or proprietary information from this program without permission. If the material is in the Creative Commons you may share with attribution.
You also agree to respect the identities, privacy, and confidentiality of other participants and will not share screenshots, recordings or information disclosed in our group spaces with other parties unless permission has been granted.
To protect the space and each other, participants who do not uphold these requirements may have their access to community spaces or participation revoked.
Agreements for all Syntropic Class Participants
The experience of the Syntropic Classes is a collective one. We practice synergy, where everyone is better for the experience of participation.
This means we hold a clear intention for each individual to have a rich and valuable experience of the class while also contributing to the greater experience of the whole.
Therefore please respect the opportunity for everyone to speak. Be precise and concise with your questions or comments.
Questions and insights are encouraged.
Check in with yourself before you ask a question or make a comment that your questions and comments will be valuable not just to you, but to the whole.
When you raise your hand (either physically or via the button) the class facilitator will invite you to unmute. They will do this in a way that ensures everyone has a chance to speak and contribute. You may not always be invited to unmute and speak if you have previously done so and others have not.
If you have an issue raise it either in the class or with the class facilitator directly.
Disrespect, severe disruption, or comments made that are not in the context of the class, will be addressed using the principles of Clean Communication. Resolution of any issue of disrespect or disruption will be raised privately.
